Phyllis Jackson, Founder/CEO

I am the FOUNDER/CEO of my own company which operates out of New York City.

I started my company in 2003 while still working as a Law Enforcement Officer. It started as a typing firm, then in 2005 all that changed.  I found out about a new Field called, “Virtual Assistant”, so I did what I did best, I investigated.  The pros outweigh the cons, it was the same as the “Old Secretary’s Job” but with a new twist, it was done out of your home office; what a wonderful idea, which also meant, ‘NO COMMUTING’. Another factor was you were your own boss, “a very big plus”.  Now my company has grown and so has the services I offer.

My company offers the following services:  Administrative Support Services, Confidential Research, Internet Research, Business Research/Investigation, Business Management, Project Manager, Virtual Assistant Investigator, Event Planner and Typing Service (Word Processing, Data Entry).

I am trained in each services that my company offers.  I received my A.A. Degree in 1983 from Kingsborough Community College, New York City. I am a trained and certified Police Instructor (1993)  through APCO for 911 Police Dispatchers.  The training I obtained in the past has helped in building my company’s infrastucture and it is very, very, very, strong.
