Phyllis Jackson, Founder/CEO
I am the FOUNDER/CEO of my own company which operates out of New York City.
I started my company in 2003 while still working as a Law Enforcement Officer. It started as a typing firm, then in 2005 all that changed. I found out about a new Field called, “Virtual Assistant”, so I did what I did best, I investigated. The pros outweigh the cons, it was the same as the “Old Secretary’s Job” but with a new twist, it was done out of your home office; what a wonderful idea, which also meant, ‘NO COMMUTING’. Another factor was you were your own boss, “a very big plus”. Now my company has grown and so has the services I offer.
My company offers the following services: Administrative Support Services, Confidential Research, Internet Research, Business Research/Investigation, Business Management, Project Manager, Virtual Assistant Investigator, Event Planner and Typing Service (Word Processing, Data Entry).
I am trained in each services that my company offers. I received my A.A. Degree in 1983 from Kingsborough Community College, New York City. I am a trained and certified Police Instructor (1993) through APCO for 911 Police Dispatchers. The training I obtained in the past has helped in building my company’s infrastucture and it is very, very, very, strong.

Debbie V Turnbull
Bachelors of Science Degree In Business Administration
My Sister Deb receive her Degree from Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, New York. She is the mother of twin boys. She creates and email our invoices. She make sure each client is invoiced correctly. If our clients have a dispute with charges and time issues, “Deb Deb” is our go to person. She is also an excellent Virtual Assistant. She love creating spreadsheets and for our clients keep their accounts receivable and payable working together. We both are Matrix chart creaters
Her knowlegde is alway increasing because of the training that’s acquired while attending classes. My sister helps keep our business running smoothly.

Carmelita R Rodgers-Lockhart
Pursuing a Law, Teaching and Business Degree
Meet my niece Carmen, she is a wife and mother and attends the University of the United States Virgin Islands. She is pursuing a degree in Law, Teaching and Business. My niece helps with organizing our work schedule and making sure the client needs are met. After a client have signed their retainer or agreed to a project, Carmen will contact them with weekly updates. We are truly a virtual company.

Patricia D. Henry-Merchant
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
My sister Pat is a Nurse; she is Carmelita’s mother and a new grandmother. She is the oldest sibling and as far back as I can remember she has always wanted to be a Nurse. Pat is our medical advisor and keeps us in the know within the medical community. She supervises all projects involving anything in the medical field.
