Pricing Solutions

All pricing solutions, except for the Flexible Solution, require a retainer. Our discounted retainers are monthly or yearly with specific hours and prices.

Prices for our Virtual Administrative Services are not listed, because we work with our clients  budget.  Our Reatiner hours are listed.  You tell us the hours and services you need;  we will tell the range it falls under,  then we will customize a plan to fit your needs.

PAY AS YOU GO FLEXIBLE SOLUTION: Our hourly, daily and weekly rate plan. This program was created for those who would like the assistances of a VA occasionally. (Deposit is required before work commence)

MONTHLY SOLUTION #1: This program was created for busy individuals and businesses. You choose from an assortment of monthly plans which fits your budget and your busy schedule. You pay a flat rate for each month which includes a specific number of hours.  NOTE:  A Retainer must be signed by Uniquely40 and the Client. 

MONTHLY SOLUTION #2: This program was created for  busy individuals and businesses that need the services of a Virtual Assistant on a month-to-month basis and includes regular workweek hours. NOTE: A Retainer must be signed between Uniquely40 and the Client.

SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT: Sometimes a Virtual Assistant is needed to work on a special assignment. Before the assignment commences, our specialist will conduct a conference with you via phone or in person to discuss your project in depth. After this conference a quote will be submitted to you for your approval.

YEARLY ASSIGNMENT: We have found that small and large businesses are outsourcing some of their office work. These businesses are downsizing and must cut their salaried work force. We have created yearly programs that will save small or large businesses from paying for employee health insurance, life insurance, sick days, vacation days, retirement, workers’ compensation, et cetera. Our price for this service is less than a salaried employee yearly salary.

With this service a contract will be provided to you and this price is discounted from our normal pricing.
